What to Expect
MigraCare may reduce the number of migraines dramatically. Some people notice some response within a few weeks. People who have migraines once a day will hopefully, within a week or two, notice that the frequency, duration, and intensity diminishes to having one migraine every six to eight weeks. If people don't notice any improvement after taking MigraCare for 2 months, then it may not be effective for them. MigraCare may be helpful with other types of headaches, not just migraines. MigraCare doesn't seem to work as well with headaches due to Lyme disease.*
Recommended starting dose
1 Capsule three times a day.
Side Effects
There are no known interactions with other approaches.
Although MicraCare is very well tolerated, taking more than 20 capsules a day, or taking it during pregnancy is not recommended.
Some users have reported side effects, but the majority of users have had no problems when taken as directed.
MigraCare contains some calming herbs so it is possible that it may help reduce blood pressure. People on blood pressure lowering medication will want to monitor their blood pressure and take this supplement under the direction of a health care practitioner.*
MigraCare contains Black Cohosh which is a tonic to the gynecological system and the male reproductive system. Often women who take it for two to three months for migraines will find that their periods become more regular or that their PMS is less uncomfortable.*
Some people who are irritable or anxious will find that MigraCare may help relax their mood and help them sleep better if they take it just before bedtime. Many people mention that as a side benefit.*
Using MigraCare
There are several factors to look for that can contribute to headaches,
1. Low body temperatures (e.g., Wilson's Temperature Syndrome)*
2. Low Blood Sugar*
3. Food intolerances due to digestive problems.*
Dosage
The recommended starting dose for MigraCare is 1 capsule three times a day. Once the migraines have subsided for a few days, people can try decreasing the dose of MigraCare to 1 capsule a day, until they want to try weaning off completely.

During an attack, it's also helpful to get away from arguments or stress. People can go into a dark room by themselves, relax, take a warm bath, put in earplugs, and maybe even mentally visualize the headaches going away.
Weaning Off MigraCare
Many people will be able to wean off MigraCare without their migraines coming back.*
People who have had migraines for two years or more, for whom migraines have become a part of their life, might consider supporting their diet with WTSmed herbal supplements (MigraCare and perhaps HG Care and/or Healthy Foundation) for about four months. Then they can try weaning off to see if their migraines remain improved off the herbs, and they can just take the herbal supplements as needed if they should ever get a migraine again.
Detailed Description
The inspiration for MigraCare grew out of the repeated success observed in the management and cessation of migraine headaches with the regular use of FibroCare. That success has been improved upon with the addition of the well-known migraine herb Feverfew (Tanacetum partheneum). Jamaican Dogwood (Piscidea erythrina) can be helpful in general pain relief, and the versatile Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa), in addition to its spasm reducing and joint pain reducing properties, possesses the ability to balance the female hormonal system. This remarkable plant may offer relief in headache, depressed mood, anxious mood, PMS and menopause.
